DATES & RATES
During the peak season (June 21 arrival - September 6 departure) the cottage is rented on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure on Sundays. The weekly rate is $2600 plus $150 cleaning fee for a seven-night stay (maximum 6 guests) sleeps comfortably 5. Under certain conditions we do allow dogs and there is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for this. The rates are based on a maximum number of guests being 6. The cottage is ideally suited for no more than 4 adults or a family of 5 as there is one queen bed, 2 twins and 1 double bed.
During the non-peak season ---Spring season (June 7 arrival - June 21 departure) and Fall season (September 6 arrival to October 11 departure), the cottage can be booked for a minimum of four nights stay. The daily rate in the Spring and Fall seasons is $275/night plus a $150 cleaning fee. For guests staying longer than 4 nights, a 10% discount is applied to the daily rate during the non-peak season.

Booking Instructions:

A $500 deposit is required for any booking made for a seven night stay. Full payment and $150 fully refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival for new guests. This is required for all weekly (7 night) rentals. Guests booking in the the off-season are required to provide a $200 deposit. Full payment and $150 fully refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival for new guests for off-season/shorter stays.

Check in at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If earlier check-in required, we will do our best to accommodate.

If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, guests will receive a full refund of deposit. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, guests are entitled to a 50% refund. If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, no refund will be issued unless we can rebook your designated time at full value, in which case 80% will be refunded.
